Barney makes rainy days fun again! Just like he does on the show, Barney tips his head back and forth to pretend to catch raindrops in his mouth. Barney also moves his umbrella side to side in a fun motion while singing "If All the Raindrops" and "Singin' in the Rain." Press his foot while he's singing to add fun sound effects.
